FMCSA Carrier Verification

Energy Connect checks a carrier's DOT number against FMCSA records and re-checks every active carrier every night, so a broker or supplier choosing a carrier is looking at last night's check rather than whatever was true at signup.

FMCSA is a public data source, not an account you connect. The carrier supplies its DOT number; Energy Connect does the lookups.
