Integrations
Energy Connect is a logistics platform for bulk liquids and the data layer between the systems an operator already runs: the back office, the dispatch board, the price sheets, the payment processor and the federal carrier record.
Each linked page below says what moves, in which direction, and when. It also says what the integration does not do yet, because a connection you plan around has to be described exactly. An order entered once reaches every connected system; where no integration exists, the public API and signed webhooks are the way in.
Back office
- QuickBooks Online
Invoices, delivered orders as Estimates, and BOL and proof-of-delivery files go to QuickBooks. Invoice send status and the customer list come back.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Invoices, delivered orders as sales orders, and BOL and proof-of-delivery files go to Business Central. Invoice status, the customer list and item prices come back.

Dispatch
- FleetPanda
An order a carrier accepts lands on that carrier's FleetPanda dispatch board. Load status and delivered gallons come back in real time as the driver delivers.
- Dash Fuel
Carriers that dispatch in Dash Fuel pull their ready loads through the public API and report pickup, BOLs, delivery and delivery tickets back.

Pricing

Upload the rack and index price files you already receive and Energy Connect reads them into prices by terminal and product. File import, not a live feed.
Payments
- Invoice Fuel
Card and ACH payment of invoices issued in Energy Connect, with the invoice marked paid when the payment settles.
Carrier data
- FMCSA carrier verification
A carrier's operating authority is checked against FMCSA records and re-checked every night, alongside the BASIC safety measures FMCSA publishes.
Build your own
- Public API and signed webhooks
A REST API for orders, invoices, pricing and documents, and HMAC-signed webhooks that tell your system when something changed.
