Use this form to exercise your rights over the personal data Energy Connect holds about you. You do not need an account to submit a request.
What you can ask for
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion — removal of your personal data.
- Correction — a fix to data that is wrong or out of date.
- Portability — your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt out — stop the sale or sharing of your personal information.
If you have an Energy Connect account, the fastest route to deletion is Settings → Security → Delete account in the app or portal — that route verifies it is you and ends access immediately. Requests submitted here need identity verification first, so they take longer.
We respond within the time limits set by applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request — we will not act on one we cannot confirm came from you.
